24 Jul Client Spotlight: Classic Cleanouts & Disposal
When Ron Diemner took over Classic Cleanouts in 2010, it was still his uncle’s side hustle. The first year almost ended it — there was a morning Ron didn’t have the cash to fill up his truck and had to write a check at the gas pump, banking on the day’s earnings to cover it before the check cleared.
Sixteen years later, that gamble has turned into two thriving companies. Ron incorporated in 2016, hired his first employees, and bought real trucks. For years, he rented dumpsters from other companies just to serve his own customers — until 2019, when he decided to stop waiting on someone else’s schedule and launched Classic Disposal, buying his own cans and running his own show.
Today, Classic Cleanouts & Disposal operates out of three yards — Malden, Wakefield, and Atkinson, NH — and offers a full lineup of services:
- Junk removal and full-property cleanouts
- Roll-off dumpster rentals (Classic Disposal)
- Demolition
- Snow plowing
- Estate, garage, basement, and attic cleanouts
- Appliance and furniture removal
Their client base is just as varied — homeowners, contractors, property managers, non-profits, real estate agents, estate lawyers, and industrial clients across the North Shore and southern New Hampshire all rely on them to get the job done.
What sets Classic Cleanouts apart? Ownership, plain and simple. Most junk removal companies rent their dumpsters from someone else, which means their schedule depends on a vendor’s availability. Ron’s team owns their trucks and their cans outright — so when a client needs something done today, they’re not waiting on a callback from anyone. That independence, paired with 16 years under the same family ownership, has built a level of trust reflected in over 400 five-star reviews.
“This business has a lot of turnover,” Ron says. “A guy buys a truck, works a season, disappears. We’ve been here 16 years, and we’ll be here next year.”
Working with Siegel Solutions
Since partnering with Siegel Solutions, Ron says his bookkeeping and taxes have been in solid order — and just as importantly, he’s gained real visibility into his numbers. “I’m able to budget and understand expenses and trends better,” he shared, a shift that’s helped him make sharper decisions as the business has grown across three locations and two companies.
Looking Ahead
Ron isn’t slowing down. His goals for the year ahead include adding more trucks and capacity, delivering even faster response times, expanding into new towns, rolling out better online booking, and — of course — protecting that 400+ five-star track record.
Beyond the Business
When he’s not running two companies, Ron can be found on the baseball field coaching and playing with his 10-year-old son.
